SBI Bank Manager Kaise Bane

SBI Bank Manager बनने के लिए आपको सबसे पहले 12वीं किसी भी Stream से पास करना होगा. इसके बाद आपको अपनी ग्रेजुएशन डिग्री Commerce Background से पूरी करना होगा. इसके बाद आप SBI PO एग्जाम के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं.

SBI द्वारा समय समय पर SBI PO पद की भर्ती के लिए Online Notice जारी किया जाता है. आवेदन प्रकिया पूरी होने के बाद आपको SBI PO का एग्जाम पास करना होता है. यह एग्जाम तीन चरणों में आयोजित किया जाता है. Prelims, Mains और Group Discussion.

प्रीलिम्स अथवा मैन्स एग्जाम पास करने के बाद आपको Group Discussion के लिए बुलाया जाता है. अगर आप यह तीनों चरण पास कर लेते हैं तो इसके बाद आपको Final इंटरव्यू के लिए बुलाया जाता है.

इसके बाद आपका चयन Probationary Officer के लिए हो जाता है. इसके बाद आपको Probationary Officer के पद पर 2 साल की Training पूरी करनी होती है.

Probationary Officer के पद पर Training पूरी होने के बाद आपको 3 से 5 साल के लिए Assistant Manager के पद पर काम करना होता है.

इसके बाद 3 से 5 साल तक Assistant Manager रहने के बाद आपको Promote करके SBI Bank Manager के पद पर नियुक्त कर दिया जाता है.

• मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड से 12वीं किसी भी Stream से पास होना आवश्यक है.
• Candidate का ग्रेजुएशन डिग्री कोर्स कम से कम 60% अंकों से पूरा होना चाहिए.
• Candidate किसी भी कोर्स से अपनी ग्रेजुएशन डिग्री Complete कर सकता है.
• Candidate SBI PO एग्जाम पास होना चाहिए.
